Job Description:
Crosby Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled Lease Operator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and monitor production equipment including wells, compressors, meters, pumping units, and control devices to ensure optimum production.
- Perform daily operational checks of assigned wells and production facilities to assure all equipment is operating and functioning properly.
- Maintain reports detailing items such as production volumes, fluid production, chemicals used, monitoring well pressures, etc.
- Makes minor necessary repairs on equipment to ensure minimal downtime while also considering company environment, safety, and health objectives.
- Performs general site maintenance including site clean-up and minor facility repairs. Will be expected to perform site safety shutdowns as well as report any spills, complete daily Job Safety Analysis, Lock Out Tag Out as required.
- Provide guidance and instruction to contract crews on well site.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, 3 years' experience, current drivers' license with no restrictions, and strong work history.
- Basic computer knowledge, self-starter with ability to work independently, troubleshooting and problem solving, and have a strong mechanical aptitude.
