What are the responsibilities and job description for the I&E Tech position at CROSBY ENERGY SERVICES?
Identifies current and future Instrumentation/Controls requirements by establishing a rapport with management, engineering, production personnel, technicians, and other persons in a position to understand controls requirements.?
Directs and supervises contractors as needed to complete assignments that are more than a one-man job.
Assists in the training of employees on how to perform the duties of maintenance, construction, and repair of instruments/analyzers and electrical equipment
Ensures equipment is operating properly by determining work priorities and scheduling repair, maintenance, and installation of controls equipment.?
Supports product development and improvement by reviewing new product plans, discussing equipment needs and modifications, coordinating activities with other facility crafts.?
Supports and maintains Electronic, Mechanical, and Pneumatic instrumentation of various types and manufacturers.?
Support Operations and Maintenance departments as needed.
Working knowledge of analyzers and ability to troubleshoot Dew Point analysis.?
Calibrations of pressure transmitter and switches.?
DCS/PLC Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
Utilize trends to diagnose/troubleshoot operational issues.
Ability to respond to power outages.?
Knowledge and ability to run tubing as needed
Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by?keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
