What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bell Person/Door Person position at Crosby Hotel LLC?
Responsible for greeting, receiving and welcoming of all hotel guests. As part of the concierge team you will be the first person to greet guests therefore it is vital that this is done with exceptional attention to detail. Responsible for luggage, doorman duties and concierge related enquiries in the absence of the concierge.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Handling Concierge enquiries as/when required
- To greet and bid farewell to guests in a friendly manner
- Secure and organize storage of luggage
- Hailing taxis when required
- Ability to familiarize guests with the neighborhood
REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent knowledge of NYC
- Proficient in lifting and handling techniques
Hours Required: As Bellman you will be working 12 hour shifts on a 4 days on/4days off schedule including weekends
