Job Title: Car Salesman & Enthusiast

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated sales enthusiast to join our Cross Jeep family. This successful, self-motivated candidate will be responsible for selling vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and build rapport with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds with customers to demonstrate features and benefits
• Go on test drives with customers and answer any questions they may have
• Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the dealership
• Participate in sales and promotional events as required
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate completion of all paperwork related to vehicle sales
• Utilize Reynolds CRM to track and manage lead opportunities
• Utilize social media platforms to promote vehicles, the dealership, and expand network

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
