Job Description Overview
Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a job opportunity in Portland, Maine.
This is a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, days. The start date is negotiable.
As a cardiac cath lab technologist in interventional radiology, you will assist the physician with catheterization of the heart and other minimally invasive procedures.
Working in an operating room, cardiac Cath lab or similar healthcare facility, you will prepare equipment, assist surgeons, monitor patient vitals, help maintain sterile conditions and more.
You may care for patients undergoing angioplasty, ablation, embolization, stenting, thrombolysis or biopsies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in interventional radiology
- ARRT Certification
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license
