Job Description
As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computerized tomography equipment to take medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes. You will work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, outpatient centers, private practices, imaging centers, and other healthcare facilities. Your duties will also include preparing patients for CT scans, processing images for radiologists and physicians, and handling patient records. Additionally, you may use other imaging equipment such as X-ray and MRI.
Qualifications
Applicants must have at least one year of recent experience as a CT Technologist, ARRT certification, BLS certification (AHA), and current state license (if applicable).
