Job Description
As a Cath Lab Technologist with Cross Country Allied, you will be responsible for assisting with catheterization procedures and supporting surgeons in the operating room. This role requires a high level of skill and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up equipment for procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and maintain sterile conditions
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure successful procedures
- Document patient information and procedure details accurately and efficiently
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a cardiac cath lab technologist in an acute care setting
- Active ARRT certification and BLS certification (AHA)
- Current state license to practice as a medical imaging professional
