As an interventional radiology technologist, you will assist physicians with minimally invasive procedures, such as catheterization and angioplasty. You will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing equipment, monitoring patient vitals, and maintaining sterile conditions. Your expertise will help patients undergo complex medical procedures, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in interventional radiology
• ARRT Certification
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Current state license
