Job Summary
A CT Technologist is needed to work in a hospital, outpatient center, or imaging facility. The successful candidate will use computerized tomography to take medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for CT scans and operate CT equipment
- Process images for radiologists and physicians
- Handle patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- May also use other imaging equipment such as X-ray and MRI
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a CT technologist
- ARRT Certification
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license (if applicable)
