**Job Description**
As a home health occupational therapist, you will work with patients in their homes, nursing homes, or memory care facilities. Your responsibilities will include reviewing medical histories, developing and implementing treatment plans, recommending equipment, monitoring progress, and more.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of recent experience as an occupational therapist in a home health setting. You must also have a degree in a relevant field, BLS certification (AHA), and a current state license.
