Job Description:
An inpatient physical therapist plays a critical role in helping patients regain their health and mobility. They will assess patients' mobility, strength and function, develop treatment plans, maintain records, and provide patient education.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Develop treatment plans to help patients regain health and mobility
- Maintain accurate records of patient care
- Provide patient education on proper techniques for recovery
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in an inpatient setting
- Degree in relevant field (e.g. Doctor of Physical Therapy)
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state or compact license
