We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting and be able to provide high-quality care to patients.
Responsibilities will include assessing patients' mobility, strength, and function, developing treatment plans, maintaining records, and providing patient and family education. A degree in a relevant field and BLS Certification (AHA) are required. Current state/compact license is also necessary.
