Job Description
As a skilled nursing facility physical therapist, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients, including assessing their mobility, strength and function, developing treatment plans, maintaining records and providing patient and family education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' mobility, strength and function
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting
- Degree in relevant field (e.g. Doctor of Physical Therapy)
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state/compact license
