Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide PT services at a skilled nursing facility. As a skilled nursing facility physical therapist, you will assess patients' mobility, strength and function, develop treatment plans, maintain records and provide patient and family education.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting
  • Degree in relevant field
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state/compact license
