Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to take medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes. This role involves working in a hospital, outpatient center, or other healthcare facility, preparing patients for X-rays, operating X-ray technology, processing films for radiologists and physicians, and handling patient records.
Responsibilities:
- Take medical images of patients using X-ray technology
- Prepare patients for X-rays and other imaging procedures
- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment
- Process films and images for radiologists and physicians
- Handle patient records and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent experience as an x-ray technologist
- ARRT Certification
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license (if applicable)
