About the Position
This role offers the opportunity to work as a home health physical therapist, providing services to help patients regain their health and mobility. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work in a variety of settings and locations, broadening your clinical skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include assessing patients' mobility, strength, and function, developing treatment plans, maintaining records, and providing patient education. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in a home health setting, a degree in a relevant field, BLS Certification (AHA), and a current state/compact license.
