Job Description
As a CT technologist, you will utilize computerized tomography to capture high-quality medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes. Working in a dynamic healthcare environment, such as a hospital or imaging center, you will prepare patients for CT scans, operate advanced imaging equipment, process images for radiologists and physicians, and maintain accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for CT scans and ensure their safety during the imaging process.
- Operate computerized tomography equipment to capture detailed medical images.
- Process and transmit images to radiologists and physicians for diagnosis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a CT technologist.
- ARRT Certification.
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- Current state license (if applicable).
