Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment in Alpena, Michigan.

- Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in their homes, nursing homes or memory care facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing patient medical histories
- Developing and implementing occupational therapy treatment plans
- Recommending and providing equipment
- Monitoring patient progress
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- At least one year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist in a home health setting
- A degree in a relevant field
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- A current state license
