As a skilled nursing facility physical therapist, you'll provide PT services to help patients regain their health and mobility. Working at a skilled nursing facility, you'll assess patients' mobility, strength and function, develop treatment plans, maintain records and provide patient and family education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' mobility, strength and function
- Develop treatment plans to help patients regain their health and mobility
- Maintain accurate records of patient care
- Provide patient and family education on rehabilitation techniques and exercises
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting
- Degree in relevant field (PT)
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state/compact license
