Job Description
You will assess patients' mobility, strength and function, develop treatment plans, maintain records and provide patient and family education. You'll play a critical role in helping individuals develop strength, reduce pain and improve function.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting
- Degree in relevant field
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state/compact license
