Job Description
As a skilled nursing facility physical therapist, you'll provide PT services to help patients regain their health and mobility. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' mobility, strength, and function, develop treatment plans, maintain records, and provide patient and family education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve patients' health and mobility
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress
- Provide education to patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and strategies
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting
- A degree in a relevant field
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state/compact license
