Job Description
As a registered respiratory therapist, you will provide care for patients who have lung diseases and breathing disorders. You will work in a hospital, outpatient center, home health, nursing facility, private practice, or other healthcare facility, evaluating patients, taking samples, managing equipment, and providing treatment.
- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop treatment plans
- Provide oxygen therapy, bronchoscopy, and other treatments as needed
- Manage and maintain respiratory equipment
