Job Description
As a skilled nursing facility speech-language pathologist, you'll help patients with swallowing, speaking, understanding and other speech-related tasks they need to function. Your responsibilities will include reviewing medical histories, developing and implementing speech therapy treatment plans, recommending equipment, monitoring patient progress and more.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a speech language pathologist in a skilled nursing facility
- Degree in relevant field
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license
