About the Role
Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled travel ultrasound technologist to join their team for a 13-week assignment in San Carlos, California.
As an ultrasonographer, you will use advanced imaging equipment to take medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes. Your work environment may include hospitals, outpatient centers, private practices, or other healthcare facilities.
You will be responsible for preparing patients for ultrasounds, operating equipment, processing images for radiologists and physicians, and managing patient records. You may work in specialized areas such as obstetrics, emergency medicine, oncology, or cardiology.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience as an ultrasonographer
- ARDMS Certification
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license (if applicable)
