To excel in this role, you should possess a strong educational background, preferably an AA degree or higher. SafetyCare training is also essential. Experience working with students with disabilities is highly valued, as is prior training in ABA or Behavior. A reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary requirements.
As a Paraprofessional Position with Cross Country Education, you can expect a competitive hourly rate ranging from $24.50 to $27.00 per hour.
