Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated, flexible Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our on-call team. As an on-call caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our participants, ensuring their well-being while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. This role offers guaranteed weekly hours and compensation for availability, regardless of shift assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
- Assist with meal preparation and kitchen clean-up.
- Offer daily living support such as laundry, grocery shopping, light cleaning, and other household tasks.
- Document all incidents, injuries, or changes in participants' conditions and communicate them to your supervisor.
- Respond promptly in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and comfort of participants.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA or CNA in a similar role.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Current BLS/CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Must pass a criminal background check, physical (including TB, Varicella, MMR) and a 4-panel drug test (No THC testing).
- Smartphone and email access for work communications.

Optional On-Call Program
- On-call caregivers are guaranteed to work up to 32-40 hours per week, with compensation for your availability, even if you're not assigned to see participants during those hours. We ensure fair pay for your commitment and readiness.
- Caregivers must be prepared to accept and be available for any shifts offered by the branch. This includes flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends to meet the needs of our participants.
- Caregivers must maintain consistent availability throughout the week to ensure the branch can provide uninterrupted care services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our participants always have the support they need.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
