\Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including Acute Care
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
- Support patients and their families in creating a safe and supportive learning environment
- Pursue ongoing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience as an RN in an Acute Care setting, preferably in Med-Surg, Tele, ICU, or Emergency Room environments
- AHA BLS certification upon hire
- Current RN licensure in Alaska or ability to obtain prior to start
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree within three years of hiring
