The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Acute Care setting
- Developing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Fostering a culture of learning and growth among patients and their families
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- One year of experience as an RN in an Acute Care environment, with a preference for candidates with Med-Surg, Tele, ICU, or Emergency Room experience
- AHA BLS certification upon hire
- Current RN licensure in Alaska or ability to obtain prior to start
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree within three years of hiring
