Responsibilities :
- The ideal Registered Nurse (RN) - ED / ER provides the analytical ability to solve all clinical nursing issues and conduct quality improvement research utilization projects.
- Exhibit organizational skills in setting priorities and efficiently completing assigned work in addition to delegating appropriate patient care activities.
- Basic computer proficiency inclusive of ability to access, enters, and interpret computerized data / information.
- Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with various members of the health care team, patients, and families.
