Responsibilities
- Provide medical services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Hold an active, current, and unrestricted state Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license from any of the 50 United States or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
- Must have a Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited college or university in the specialty area required to provide medical services.
- Obtain current BLS, ACLS certification for adult patient care, and PALS and/or NALS certification for pediatric care.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active, current, and unrestricted state Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license.
- Current BLS, ACLS certification for adult patient care, and PALS and/or NALS certification for pediatric care.
