What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Nurse Practitioner position at Cross Country Locums?
Work Dates Needed: Feb and ongoing PRN dates
Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm / Sat/Sun: 8am-5pm
Worksite Setting: freestanding urgent care
Scope of Work: coughs/colds, minor injuries, rashes, incisions, sutures, simple laceration repairs & I&D, some occupational medicine physicals, workers comp injuries, x-rays. They will see patients ages 1-yr and above
Average number of patients seen per day: 15-25
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MA state license, BLS, ACLS, DEA, DOT Preferred
EMR: Experity
Comments: This is a new practice and patient volume is growing. They have one provider working at a time for now. They would like the provider to be able to see 4 pts/hour in average
