- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- The position requires working 7 days a week, with call hours 24/7 for admissions and emergencies, and 5 days a week from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Duties include Inpatient and Outpatient services.
- A valid Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license is required, issued by any state in the United States or Puerto Rico.
- The candidate must not be under any exclusions or sanctions from Medicare/Medicaid programs.
- A Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NALS are also required.
- Competitive compensation will be paid weekly.
- The provider will work outpatient and may work some evening or weekend clinics.
Required Documents:
- A CV in month/year format with no gaps.
- A DEA certificate.
- An active state medical license.
- Board Certification.
- Three current professional references.
- Certificates for ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NALS.
