Worksite Setting : Adult Clinic Southeastern Arizona
Scope of Work : Clinic coverage Solid tumor with emphasis in breast and secondary Melanoma Injections FTE Equivalent : 1.0 Diagnose, assess, treatment, and manage patient care Clinic model : 18 MD's in group; 1 PA; 12 NP's Lab & X-ray on site 2 exam rooms Locums provider is not required to supervise other healthcare providers Clinic EMR - Oncology view
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active AZ license Will accept active IMLC Active AZ DEA Board Certified Fellowship training required - Medical oncology BLS CV 3 references Current Flu vaccination last 12 months
