Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care as an outpatient provider. Your duties will include working Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend clinics, to deliver comprehensive care to patients. Necessary Qualifications and Certifications
For this position, you must hold a Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited college or university in the specialty area required to provide medical services. You must also be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine and possess current BLS, ACLS certification for adult patient care, and PALS and/or NALS certification for pediatric care. Furthermore, you must have an active, current, and unrestricted state Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license from any of the 50 United States or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. You cannot be under any exclusions or sanctions from the Medicare/Medicaid programs. Your submission package should include your CV, DEA certification, active state licenses, Board Certification, three current references, and Life Certs ACLS/BLS, PALS, and NALS certifications.
