Job Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse - Endocrinology Lab (RN) to join our team in Bennington, Vermont. In this role, you will work collaboratively with endocrinologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes. This position requires at least one year of recent acute care experience in specialty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring patients and administering medications, catheters, and IVs as needed
- Collaborating with endocrinologists and the endocrinology care team to develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Recording vital signs, drawing blood, and conducting other necessary medical procedures
- Providing education and support to patients on disease prevention and management
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
