Salary
As a labor and delivery nurse with our agency, you will receive a competitive pay package based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week. This includes a tax-free stipend amount, which will be determined once your assignment is confirmed.

Job Description
As a labor and delivery nurse (RN L&D), you will play a vital role in caring for women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth. Your responsibilities will include coaching women throughout the birthing process, monitoring the mother's and baby's vitals, administering medication, and managing potential complications that may arise. With at least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty, you will bring valuable skills and expertise to this rewarding role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong foundation in patient assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making is also essential. Additionally, you must have a current license to practice as an RN in the state where the assignment is located.
