Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dialysis nurse to provide high-quality care to patients with chronic or acute kidney failure. As a travel nurse in this role, you will be responsible for administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, and setting up dialysis machines and equipment.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also educate patients on how to use home dialysis machines if necessary. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to patients with chronic or acute kidney failure
- Administer treatments and monitor vital signs
- Set up dialysis machines and equipment
- Educate patients on home dialysis machine use
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience in dialysis or a related specialty
- Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
