Cross Country Nurses is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for a travel assignment in California.
About the Job
- Shift: 12 hours, days
- Hours per Week: 36
- Durations: 13 weeks
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent acute Surg Tech experience and be certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA). BLS Certification is also required. Trauma Experience and Travel experience are preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Prepping the OR, surgical tools, and equipment
- Helping nurses and surgeons scrub in
- Maintaining sterile conditions
- Assisting with tools during surgery
- Cleaning the OR after surgery
- Transporting patients to and from surgery
