Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a travel nurse in Labor and Delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth.
Responsibilities:
- Care for women and newborns during various stages of childbirth
- Coach women throughout the birthing process
- Monitor the mother's and baby's vitals
- Administer medication and manage potential complications that may arise
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
- Active RN license
