Travel Nurse RN Long Term Care
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a travel nurse in Long Term Care.
Job Summary
A Registered Nurse in this role will provide high-quality patient care, assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, provide treatments, and educate patients on self-care and disease management.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on self-care techniques, disease management, and health promotion
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Long Term Care
- Current RN licensure in the state where assigned
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
