Travel Surgical Technologist Assistant Job Description
Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel Surgical Technologist Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Job Responsibilities:
As an Operating Room Technician (ORT), you will assist with surgical operations before, during, and after the procedure. Your duties may include prepping the operating room, surgical tools, and equipment, helping nurses and surgeons scrub in, maintaining sterile conditions, assisting with tools during surgery, cleaning the operating room after surgery, and transporting patients to and from surgery.
You will play a critical role in preventing illness, providing moral support, promoting health and wellness, and educating patients and families.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent acute Surg Tech experience
- Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
- BLS Certification
- Trauma Experience preferred
- Travel experience preferred
