Job Description
As a medical / surgical IV nurse (RN M / S), you will extend bedside care to patients coping with illness, injury, or other medical or surgical circumstances. This includes assessing their condition, starting intravenous (IV) lines, administering IV fluids and medications, changing dressings, monitoring vitals and documenting in patient charts. You'll also provide continued support and education to patients, promoting their overall health and ensuring they have the tools to recover and prevent further health issues.
