Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Histocompatibility Technologist to join our laboratory team. This role involves performing high-complexity histocompatibility testing and related functions for transplant, disease association, and drug resistance or susceptibility. You will utilize molecular typing, antibody monitoring, flow cytometry testing, and other laboratory techniques to provide accurate, reliable clinical outcomes in a patient-focused environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HLA typing, data analysis, and problem-solving, as well as a commitment to complying with approved protocols and SOPs.
