We are hiring a skilled Medical Technologist - Blood Bank to perform specialized testing and ensure safe, accurate blood transfusions. Work with cutting-edge lab technology in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct blood bank testing, including crossmatching & antibody identification.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced lab equipment.
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Florida Clinical Laboratory License in ALL 5 specialty areas:
• Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology/Immunology
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• ASCP or AMT certification (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
