Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group is the nation’s leading provider of non-medical, in-home care for the elderly in PACE programs.
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide support to our senior population! You will be responsible for ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of care possible in the comfort of their own home. We have multiple positions available to aide participants who reside in Springfield, Worcester, Leominster, Webster, Lowell, and surrounding areas!
Responsibilities:
- Travel to participant(s) home to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as: Personal Care Services: bathing, dressing, toileting, lift, transfer
- Meal Preparation: prepare and clean-up
- Daily Living Services including, but not limited to, laundry and grocery pick-up, wipe down, dusting, take out trash
- Communicate all incidents, injury, or changes in participant’s condition to supervisor; act and respond quickly in case of emergency
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Weekend Availability
- Pass Criminal Background
- Pass Physical - TB Test, Varicella, MMR, HEP B, T-Dap, Flu/Influenza (Declinations accepted)
- Pass 4- Panel Drug Test (No THC Testing)
- COVID Vaccinated (Medical/Religion letters accepted)
- Reliable Vehicle, Driver's License, Auto Insurance
- BLS/CPR/First Aid - American Heart Association/Red-Cross
- Smart Phone and Email Address
