We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide support to our senior population! You will be responsible for ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of care possible in the comfort of their own home. We have multiple positions available to aide participants who reside in South Boston, Quincy, Cohasset, Weymouth, Plymouth, Kingston, Braintree, and surrounding areas!

CCWSG provides clinical and non-clinical staffing support to PACE centers across the country; we are the nation’s exclusive provider of non-medical, in-home caregivers for the elderly enrolled in PACE programs. Currently, we have over 3,000 caregivers supporting patients in their homes through PACE.

Responsibilities:
- Travel to participant(s) home to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as: Personal Care Services: bathing, dressing, toileting, lift, transfer
- Meal Preparation: prepare and clean-up
- Daily Living Services including, but not limited to, laundry and grocery pick-up, wipe down, dusting, take out trash
- Communicate all incidents, injury, or changes in participant’s condition to supervisor; act and respond quickly in case of emergency
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Weekend Availability
- Pass Criminal Background
- Pass Physical - TB Test, Varicella, MMR, HEP B, T-Dap, Flu/Influenza
- Reliable Vehicle, Driver's License, Auto Insurance
- Pass 4- Panel Drug Test (No THC Testing)
- BLS/CPR/First Aid - American Heart Association/Red-Cross
