- Licensure*: Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in the state of Massachusetts.
- Certifications*: Current CPR Certification from American Heart Association. Current and unrestricted DEA Certificate. MASS Controlled Substance Registration and BLS required.
- Experience*: Must have at least 2 years of experience. Experience with a community health center population and practice setting preferred.
