Job Description
- Support and lead the medical provider team to ensure high-quality patient-centered care
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer to drive the company's Strategic Plan
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for medical care
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the medical provider team
- Ensure high-quality patient care and safety
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the medical provider team
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience as a practicing medical provider, preferably in primary care, community-based, or public health setting
- Dedicated and compassionate physician (MD or DO)
