You can find out more about our award-winning firm (growth and best place to work Glassdoor) on www.crosscountry-consulting.com .ResponsibilitiesLead the development and delivery of Information Technology Risk Advisory servicesIdentify opportunities to leverage data analytics and automation technologies to drive efficiencies and add value on client engagementsServe as a key leader in our practice by : Providing input on strategic directionRecruiting and cultivating talentGuiding the use of methodologies and frameworksSupporting business development efforts in new and existing clientsPlan and lead client engagements by : Understanding the client’s needsDeveloping a corresponding scope and approachOrganizing and providing oversight of a teamLeading fieldwork and reportingProviding quality assurance for deliverablesIdentifying and addressing issues before they manifestManage the operational aspects of ongoing projects including planning engagements, developing budgets, monitoring against progress, performing quality control of deliverables, and delivering on scheduleDevelop and manage client relationships by understanding their business, listening to their needs, and ensuring responsive service and exceptional qualityManage teams by guiding performance against objectives, creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, modeling leadership behaviors, and encouraging continuous improvement and innovationSponsor internal committees, working groups, and special projects focused on developing the firm and Risk practice, such as recruiting, business development, marketing, and knowledge sharingLead coaching family by serving as a role model, coach, mentor, and liaison to the leadership teamIdeal Qualifications and Skills10 years of external consulting or corporate experience performing and managing IT audits, information security assessments, or other IT advisory / consulting projects for Commercial clientsProfessional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA or the ability to demonstrate progress towards achieving certificationExpertise working with risks and internal controls, including IT audit, IT compliance, and IT consultingTechnical knowledge of IT systems, including servers, databases, applications, and networksConsistent success in building and developing strong client relationshipsStrong networking skills and experience with business developmentLeadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and excellenceAn entrepreneurial spiritGreat sense of humor!Benefits SummaryThe CrossCountry total rewards package includes comprehensive healthcare options, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; flexible spending accounts; and a 401(k) with company matching.
