Job Description:
Landscape Field Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative and field support to ensure efficient operation of the Landscape Department. Supports Project Coordinator and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, schedules, practices, and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate in person as well as phone and email, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in an appropriate time frame. The role will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This role will directly report to the Landscape Project Coordinator and assist with day to day operations of the Landscape Department.
Responsibilities:
- Handle warranty department-
- Customer Emails
- On site visits
- Plant Installations
- Organize and pull replacement plants
- Meet on site with customers for-
- Completed project walkthrough for large scale projects
- Provide plant care and health related questions in person as well as phone call and email
- Estimate and turn around customer proposals
- Send out all completed project billing material
- Send out welcome letter to newly scheduled customers
- Coordinate all Miss Utility needs
- Take photos of in progress and completed projects for social media accounts
- Put together customer care packages

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
- Ability to drive company vehicles
- On the job training will be provided but plant knowledge is a plus
